In his case, she clearly sounds uninterested since she doesn't text him at all and I think he should let go or hit her up when things are cool again. However you need to open your eyes and realise every woman is different. The majority of women I've met love to text/talk everyday even if we're just casual friends after a long period of time. Not everyone is interested in playing those dumb little "dont text too often" games. Also, the whole world is on lockdown pretty much. No reason to pretend …

This can sound lame but you can try going on language apps where you meet people of the opposite gender that are interested in getting to know people and learning a language with them. Most of the time you forget about the language part and move to whatsapp after a week and start building a friendship. Sure, it might be long distance, but you got yourself a friend atleast which can turn into something bigger.
