So for quiet girls especially you must assume your value to her and just start getting to know her and sharing things about yourself instead of running high octane attraction game. Accept that your presence and intent is enough to attract her and hold your value, that's more than enough. It's not that I find shy girls just easier to talk to, but they're easier for me to hang out with and get to know them overall.
