That is a legal construct, and as such, does not exist everywhere. Saying a 22 year old raped a 15 year old can be correct or incorrect depending on the country you're talking about it. She's also okay with child kidnapping, so long as they're young enough to not know what's up, and stays long enough for stockholme to set in. There was a story a year or two ago where a toddler was kidnapped, and grew up thinking the kidnappers were its family. She defended the position of not returning the kid to the parents because stockholme syndrome had set in.
