Jesus fucking christ, was she scissoring the mom while the kid was being born?

I always thought 'friendzone' was for people who are hanging out exclusively for the purpose of having sex, under the pretense of a genuine interest in friendship. This is weaselly and dishonest and I do not like these people. It's also worth noting that the types of men who do this are our real enemy. It's this type of weak man who's always the white knight, feminist, pushover who evangelizes to the world why he doesn't deserve the same rights as anybody else. We wouldn't even need a men's righ…

I can't discern any moral difference between the term mansplaining and jewsplaining.

I don't know what you think at fault means, but my definition is responsible for doing wrong. By that definition they are both at fault. Perhaps not equally at fault, but both at fault regardless. You may be correct about not talking to her though. Maybe she says something or uses it against him somehow.

Threatening death is understandable but still not acceptable. I understand that you think men's rights are undervalued or non existent. I feel the same way. But the ugly truth is that you both did wrong and you're both at fault. I would try to talk to her and explain how dangerous and disrespectful what she did was, also apologize for your own transgression, but other than that I would let it go.

If you can change the status of one gender with respect to the other and wind up at equality, it means that whatever existed before wasn't equality.

Do you think saying 'marxist jargon' makes you sound smart or something?

That's what's hardest for me about this new era, you can just discriminate against men in whatever random way you like. There's no way of predicting or containing it. It can be a parking spot, or a tuition fee, or hiring discrimination. Nothing is safe. If you question it you're sexist, extremist or a 'troublemaker'. Any evidence that doesn't support the discrimination is dismissed, no matter how conclusive. This kind of shit is so evil and so wrong.

Men are the shittiest oppressor class in world history. More suicides, shorter lives, more work, more dangerous work, less custody, fewer purchasing decisions.

The ideal situation is free speech applied equally. The next best thing is censored speech applied equally. The worst thing is censored speech applied in a discriminatory fashion. By selectively banning anti-women subs but not anti-men, they are firmly in the latter category.

No we shouldn’t. We should all decide what is right for ourselves, and we should be able to do it without the judgment of others or discrimination.

If women and men are inherently different, in ways such as the ability to understand empathy, then why aren't these differences a possible explanation for different outcomes?

Just because you don't understand my comment, which you clearly don't, doesn't mean it doesn't make sense.

My comment for men is the same as my comment for black people, quit breaking the law and if you still have a problem then we’ll talk. Now individual cases are a different story, as is the discrepancy in sentencing.

Very, very, very happily married myself. Almost three years. I would trust my wife with absolutely anything. I work very hard, and she respects and appreciates me for it. I feel so sad when I see people worried about being screwed in a divorce, or over custody. The only real solution to an insane legal system is to have the perfect wife. I'm also unusual in that I am a terrible father and actually wouldn't deserve custody if we ever did divorce. In that case my love for my child would compel me …

I think it's exactly opposite. Starting with a blank slate is ideal. In that case you are judged purely on merit. I think feminism is the opposite, instead of male and female being born with the same blank slate, men are born inherently violent, privileged and oppressive to others. China's social credit score is evil certainly, but the underlying philosophy (that people should be judged on merit) is not.

It's my great hope that people do more than ignore it. I hope the reaction is similar to 'The Red Pill' or a Jordan Peterson talk.

Is this real? It looks to me like she's not seriously arguing this, but saying this is the sort of body autonomy women are denied when abortion is restricted.

Locking someone in a cage is wrong. Murder is wrong. Yet it is correct to respond to one with the other.

The ideal situation is a completely just system. The next best thing is partially unjust system. The worst thing is a completely unjust system. Women and men being affected equally by an unfair practice is preferable to only men being affected. He might not deserve half on the merits of the situation, but he does deserve to be treated equally to how a woman would without discrimination based on his gender.

Where I'm from, leftists illegally or not shut down any discussion or economic activity that they disapprove of. I would like to see something similar done for this movie. Pulling fire alarms, noise machines, protests etc.

If the Joe got to be the responsible one and force the girl to have an abortion against her irresponsible wishes, few would support it. The point isn't about his choices, it's about his rights or lack thereof.

There is discrimination, and there is a very simple test to show it. All you have to do is change the group. "Everyone welcome except Blacks". Well blacks aren't barred, they're just not specifically welcomed. Is that okay? No? That can't possibly be a difficult mental exercise for you. This is so effortless that it occurs automatically when I read something like this. If I had to expend the amount of mental effort on other things that people seem to with anti-male discrimination, it would take …

If people are dissatisfied with the division of labour in their relationships, they can separate. Punishing random men and advantaging random women to correct an imbalance that has nothing to do with them, which they have no control over, is discriminatory and insane.

It can mean society doesn't care about men's feelings, and/or society shouldn't care about men's feelings.

That argument benefits men, but it implies that it's only a worthwhile concern because it benefits women. The main argument against false allegations should be the burden it places on the falsely accused. It's like saying that I shouldn't beat someone with a bat because I might upset my parents. The main concern should be the guy getting hit by the bat. It's shameful that men need to frame their problems in terms of how they affect women to have their concerns taken seriously.

I work full time and go to school. The idea being that my wife can stay home with my baby and one day I'll be able to I'll be able to provide them a better life. I find society often views not having my wife work as some sort of oppression. I think the point of this article is to show that relationships like mine aren't necessarily the result of 'the patriarchy', and are commonly favoured by the women themselves.

It was discussed amongst our class. The part that kills me is that I don't get fuck all because I'm a white man, but I wouldn't anyways. Who would benefit are the two visible minority women I (happily) spend all my money on (wife and daughter).

If you could do useful work right away, you wouldn't really be worth anything. Working an apprenticeship isn't bad. You start off making very little, but you adapt. You have a bit of school each year (during which you get EI, at least in Canada), and when you move up a year you make more money. I got married as a second year apprentice and bought a condo and had a kid as a third year, all while my wife stays home. I will soon be making $38/h with lots of x1.5 overtime, and living quite comfortab…
