It's the same in the business community with men. Why are people locked out? And yes, humans are tribal by nature, so they naturally look after their own. The question that people should be asking is: "Why aren't most jobs at a near 1:1 ratio according to sex?" In a fair world, 52% of a planet's people would fill 52% of the slots. So roughly 250 CEOs and roughly 4 G8 leaders would represent either sex. Those degrees pay, humanities and liberal arts don't. And yes, athletic scholarship limits are there so you can't put all of them towards football and men's basketball. The thing that the article doesn't tell you, because it wouldn't serve their point, is that most muscles in today's action and adventure movies are touched up via computer. The actor doesn't really look like that, but he still has to get in shape in order for it to work properly.
