Word, I appreciate how receptive you are, and I think it's a great introduction for a lot of guys just getting their start. I just wanted to put it out there into the community that reducing a woman to her body is definitely uncool and a mindset of which to be wary.

I think you've been putting out some good content, but I gotta say some of your descriptions of women generally put forward a mindset that I take issue with. It's okay to want to get laid a lot, but I think there has to be some acknowledgement that people are more than just a means to that end. Felt the need to voice my opinions, not just because it bothers me, but also because I don't think that that's a mindset productive to eventually forming healthy long-term relationships (which many of you…

While I think this community does a pretty good job of things overall, there have been a couple hugely popular posts here lately (I suspect by the same person, although I wasn't paying attention) that contain some blatantly objectifying language that I found distasteful ("basically just blonde hair and an ass" or something like that, etc). So there is work to be done still -- there's a fine line between being outcome independent and seeing people as disposable when they don't suit your purpose. …

Well, congrats, I guess. But do you see the difference in the scenarios you're comparing? In one you approach as an outsider without any reputation or strings attached -- you're basically a free lay for anyone, easily forgotten if someone's just looking to get laid and doesn't care who with. Or, alternatively, you're able to rest solely on your good looks. Others' perception of you might even be enhanced by whoever your friend is. This is a very different scenario from someone with an establishe…

I think college -- especially small colleges -- work a little differently than many initially think. There's a strong emphasis on community and security at small colleges, and your membership and acceptance there is sort of like the invisible "craziness" test that everyone has to pass. That means you kind of have to play by their rules a bit, and if your friends are telling you direct approaches are "creepy" or just socially unacceptable, it's worth giving some credence. I'd address your status …

Oh, it was just a first Tinder meet-up. We're years together now. And perhaps fair enough. I can be self-concerned and solipsistic sometimes. Whether you approve of the situation or not, I do think there's still something to be extracted from it. Being confident in myself and what I have to offer allowed me to be light-hearted and fun, handle the possibility of rejection impersonally, and also be clear with my needs and wants. In the terms used most often on this sub, inner game lays the foundat…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
