Solve America's Obesity Roblem with ShameMy dad did this to me when I was growing up. It actually saved me form a life of being a fatass. I used to be 40 pounds overweight when I was a kid. Whenever my dad would see me he would make fun of my weight in an attempt to piss me off. He pissed me off so much that I literally lost the weight just to spite him. Now that I look back on it, he's a pretty great man. | /r/TheRedPill | 12/09/16 08:46 PM
Top Fraternity tips?Don't bring up your current drought period. Focus on knowing your brothers and building a great reputation. You've just moved into the house and you probably don't know anyone outside of your pledge class. Why are you spending so much time worrying about girls you'll be using as plates when you need to learn about the 100 guys that you'll be spending the next 4 years with? If you build connections with your brothers, not only will you create great memories, but you'll also have great connections… | /r/askTRP | 09/09/16 08:36 AM
It's begun boys. Political Correctness > all else.It goes even further than just being in a frat now. Every girl at UW thinks she's entitled to a star from one of the top four frats on campus. I'm lucky that I've managed to get a spot in a top tier frat or my game would actually suffer. In college the question "what frat are you from" is the most common screening question you'll see. I've seen guys instantly shut down due to their frat not being "high enough for their tastes" (meanwhile the girl who's making this statement is at a trash tier so… | /r/TheRedPill | 07/09/16 08:33 PM
It's begun boys. Political Correctness > all else.If you threw a party in a house off campus the frat that held the party would still be responsible for anything that happened. These rules are in place because schools don't want greek life anymore. 10 years ago Greek life was a selling point, now they're a black mark on the school (as the administration would like to think). Thanks to idiots shitting out fake rape accusations, Greek life is seen as a massive liability. So now schools are trying to shut them down. For example, ASU used to be one… | /r/TheRedPill | 06/09/16 11:21 PM
It's begun boys. Political Correctness > all else.Too bad the school's local IFC (greek governing body) would shut that down faster than you could say "politically correct". At most schools you have to have every major party approved by the school before the party starts. Any school's greek governing body would lose their shit over that idea and probably put a frat on probation for even suggesting it. It's only a matter of time before they try to shut the entire greek system down. Source: I live at a frat and I happen to be buddies with the soc… | /r/TheRedPill | 06/09/16 08:06 PM

TRP has turned my life around in mere months. Unbelievable.Speaking of weights, make sure the gym you're going to has enough actual weights for you to get some good lifting in. Some boxing gyms expect prospects to already be in shape so they skimp on the weights a bit in favor of more heavy bags/ring space. You should be lifting alongside your boxing training so make sure there's at least a few barbells with some decent weight that you can use. Don't expect power racks everywhere though: It's a boxing gym, so boxing will always be the highest priority. … | /r/ThankTRP | 30/08/16 08:58 PM
TRP has turned my life around in mere months. Unbelievable.I'm assuming you're looking for a legit boxing gym in order to train for an amateur fight. It's very simple. Go where actual fighters go. Many so called "boxing" gyms are really just cardio centers for fat people designed to overcharge their clientele. The second you walk into a boxing gym for the first time, look at who's there. If they look like actual fighters (Ie training for an actual event rather than fat guys trying to lose weight), you're probably starting at a good gym. These are the gu… | /r/ThankTRP | 30/08/16 07:27 AM
TRP has turned my life around in mere months. Unbelievable.Sure! As far as lifting goes, It's extremely important (if you're new to lifting I recommend ICF's beginner's program), but another great idea is to find a sport that you can do along with your lifting schedule. I do amateur level boxing alongside my lifts (I shadowbox and do low intensity skill based drills on my off days. When I register for a fight I trade some of my lifting days for full force sparing matches to prepare myself.) Personally I highly recommend amateur boxing because it's great… | /r/ThankTRP | 21/08/16 01:46 AM
