If I train hard for 10 weeks I see results. Like train 4-5 times per week with diet on point. That's enough motivation for me to keep going - results. And on the daily I feel better from the dopamine release, so that's a bonus. But 10 weeks is also nothing. You will see huge results from 6 months to a year if you train and diet hard.

My buddies won't be married in their late twenties, but probably will be in their 30s So don't really understand why you late twenties would be shit compared to 30s More chance of all that bad stuff happening in your 30s, like friends getting married.

What age group does this guide apply to? I.e I would like opinions on good ages to travel or during what part of your life travelling would be a good idea. For example, im 26 and back in college for a second time studying a different major, I'm thinking it would be wise to get a job asap out of college rather than go traveling and forgetting what I learned/ being less employable / not having enough projects on my resume. Opinions?

Good thing you stopped when you felt an issue. I have injured my back or neck while doing a pull-up and still finished my workout in pain. This caused the issue to take longer to heal. Be careful of "twingles" - could be neurological. I recently went to the physio and they said a disk in my neck is slightly bulging out, and im not allowed to lift anymore untill its fixed.
