The day she moved out. It was like a weight being lifted off of me.

Oddly enough finishing up yard work well the kids are at their moms. I try to give them full attention while they are here so that stuff gets put on the back burner.

Hey bro, I feel you. You matter. One day at a time, one moment at a time. Head up, heart open.

Hang in there bud, stay strong and keep your head up. Get tomorrow’s victory, even if it is just waking up. Small steps.

One of the most embarrassing things I felt I had to do, my parents embraced me. At the end of the day I am their child. I am thankful for that. My whole family essentially did. Grateful to say the least.

How did you lose that much weight? Did it stay off?

Same, the emotional turned physical. Shitty place but it atleast added clarity for me. She could no longer say ‘gas lighting’ ‘valid feelings’ etc. Months of me feeling like I was some kind of monster in our marriage, she never mentioned once any kind of affair or relationship when confronted. Flip side I started hitting the gym and I am still consistent with it. Just hoping to pull out of this ok financially and being the best version of myself for my kids.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
