1	Men here, do you ever get paranoid being acused of rape or sexual harassment? I had a lawyer but he told me, even with my witness reports and handwritten letters that court cases can go any way, so it’s not worth the risk. He also told me the bill for any type of lawsuit towards my school isn’t worth it, and even with my evidence I couldn’t prove that my accuser hurt me in anyway, so my accuser took a huge W and never will face consequences. As a victim of a false accusation though, if I didn’t have evidence proving my accuser was lying, I probably could of went to jail. My lawyer said that court cases involving rape can go any way, even with plenty of evidence, and innocent people get put in jail. While title IX in spirit is supposed to allow fair trials for student who are assaulted, it’s become a kangaroo court for pushing falsely accused men and women out of school. The data shows that 2-10% can be proven wrong by police, but then 40% of cases get dropped before court, and then the rest either go to court or are misfired.
