Body hair is never going to be beautiful. Shave, don't shave, it doesn't matter. Do what you want, but you can't make the rest of the world change because you don't want to put in the effort. I'm a female, and I go through periods where I don't feel like shaving. I get it. It's whatever. You don't see me showing my hairy legs off or trying to convince people that it's somehow beautiful. I shave when it's needed and when I want to look good. Also they do this same shit with periods. Stop trying t…

"No woman wants to do anything with them." LOL I love how they always assume antifeminists are men. As a straight female, I am glad other women don't want to do anything with me. And misandry is and always will be real, honey. Even if we lived in a patriarchal society, misandry would still exist. It's not based on elevated status. It's just as wrong to discriminate against the rich as it is against the poor. You may be less inclined to do so, but it's still discrimination.

Both happen. Both must be taken into account.

It happens, yeah, but not all women are liars. A lot of them are, but not all. It does need a change, but it never will. We can only reduce it by giving men the same rights that women do within the context of parenthood.

I agree- it's awful and it should be changed. Men should have a say.

Men certainly don't- it's completely wrong and unfair.

You do have a point. I was only thinking within the context of two mutually consenting and honest adults- I didn't think about situations where the female was lying about contraception. I do agree in those scenarios that consent to sex doesn't equate to consent to parenthood. I apologize. And I 100% agree that the man should have as much choice as the woman in those situations. I would hate for a man to want to father the child only for the mother to abort it or give it away. It's completely unf…

Yes, but it's a consequence of sex. It's not a matter of consenting, but accepting responsibility for one's actions. Consequences don't require consent because you've already consented to the actions that caused them. All you can do is choose how to react to those consequences. They'll happen whether you consent or not.

This goes for anything people claim to be, really. If you have to go out of your way to tell someone you are a certain way or have certain personality traits, then chances are, you do not have these traits nor are you that kind of person. It's a sign of insecurity in some cases, I think. Or plain lack of awareness. I have a friend who always claims to be super protective of his friends, and he likes to pull out his pocket knife and show it off as "proof" that people are safe with him. Yeah, I've…

I'm so sorry to hear about what happened to you. You don't deserve any of that. Your resilience is so incredible, and you have all of my respect. You're the very definition of a strong woman.

That's honestly such an eloquent explanation. I love the way you worded this!

To be honest, as a woman, I like having this protection. I see where women might find it insulting, but generally speaking, I think everyone prefers to be in a well-protected and defended society than a society that makes its citizens fend for themselves.

To that, I would say that feminism had a hand in causing that. A lot of feminists would just as easily bash a man for being open about his emotions. I don't think they're entirely at fault, but they definitely haven't done anyone any favors.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
