I feel like there's a world of difference between what that commenter said and saying "see all these women are just lying for money and attention", as you put it. And I really like the plane crash analogy, because every time one of those happens we make damn sure to learn from our mistakes and make systematic changes so the same thing never happens again. 5	Lie about rape . . . GET 10 YEARS I see what you mean, but I don't think anybody in this thread was ever trying to make an argument as outrageous as that. I'm sure there are people out there who would take it this far, but I think all we're trying to say is that stuff like this can easily ruin somebody's life. The fact that you had to say "these one off stories" just goes to show that they aren't "one off" at all.
