1	Her mouth got her arrested I think a decent lawyer could have gotten this case thrown out. The garbage can is free game for the police to dig through but it's not exactly tying the occupant of the house to that evidence. Anyone could have placed it in there just as anyone could look in the can. Not sure about the odor of Marijuana and the local laws. If those two pieces of evidence were pushed out the police would not have cause for a search warrant.
