Its like a game bro. Lets say, if she can get you to fuck her she can call you a hypocrite(I assume youve said you dont wanna fuck her), and also it would prove to herself she can get anything she wants(sortve) . I think so, just dont act like its a big deal to you- just be exited that she (sortve) told the truth. If you back off, maybe she'd reach out to you in the future(dont neccessarily expect it to happen tho, in any situation). Also, if shes wants to hang out as a friend, I would suggest not to- you want something that she doesnt want. It makes it harder that you work with her, tho.
