Can they prosecute women too? No, the law is gendered. It profiles men not women. And maybe more to the point are they willing? No any party that advocates for that will not get elected. Because women are swing voters who only vote for their selfish agendas whereas men are distracted with economy, foreign policy, conservative & liberal ideologies, etc.

It is recriminalized for men. The Judiciary and Govt havee disguised the laws. They are calling it 'mental cruelty law' and using that law to prosecute husbands for 'cheating' because according to them, it is mental cruelty. And an additional BNS law 84 is being used to prosecute single men who sleep with someone's wife.

Okay so cheating is a crime against women in India. But not men? Lmao, she be banging other dudes and I have to keep filling her pockets my entire life? But if I cheat even once, I go to Jail? Lololol Sorry my dudes, Indian men are being cucked. Why would any man even want to marry anymore? It's a life of bonded labor, slavery and violence. (especially in this context)

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
