I think it depends on the person and what you are comfortable with. PPL is recommended by almost everyone tho. I personally do strength and full body workout, mainly compound exercises. 3-4 times per week and some cardio.

Of course he has to play smart but not because it's a "gentlemanly thing". Some of them are whiteknighting for a hoe. "Don't make her despise you". Come on man, make her miserable.

He is somewhat right... Red pill is good but that's the only thing we see here... And don't tell me to leave, it's the only sub that is enjoyable because simps don't come here. If we get some advice and ideas on how to go our own way, it would be great.

Thanks for this question. Sometimes, I ask myself the same thing and I think that these are just experiences and not facts. There are no written or verified explanations for these behaviors that we are talking about. I think it's all about how we learn from our experiences and use our judgment for the next choice that we will make. You said it yourself: only the 20% of your redpill knowledge comes from videos, articles or reddit and the other 80% comes from your own life experiences. Furthermore…

Very true. I'm somewhat new to MGTOW and in the beginning, I really hated them (women). Now, it's just indifference. It's beautiful how calm we can get once we get over it.

This is a problem with the judicial system. I don't think that men who get hit by women should be automatically assumed to be the aggressor, but I don't think blaming/ hating women as a group will stop that either. I do think that men and women who both disagree with the 'man should automatically go to jail' policy should be working together to change it. The judicial system is created and managed by our society, so the real problem is in the mindset of people. The society has a tendency to vict…

First of all, nobody gives a flying fuck about your opinion, because you are obviously biased and have no reading comprehension skills at all. You are nonstop using the word "incel" in an attempt to discredit the OP. I'm also certain that you don't know it's meaning. You wrote an entire essay but did not write your point. The op is right; It is just a doll and its creation was not intended to make girls feel insecure about them. They are already insecure by nature. The argument is that "just pla…

Welcome, now you are one of us. First of all, you must change yourself, specially your attitude toward yourself. If you see yourself as a weak person then others will also see you as weak. Physique has nothing with being strong but if it bothers you, go to gym and start lifting. It will also boost your self esteem. I would also suggest you to demand advice from your brother. A bigger brother is always there to protect his siblings. If you need someone to share your problems with then you can als…

The story of harikant is the same as the myth of sisyphus by Albert Camus. A great story by Camus to explain the philosophy of Absurdism. It can be interpreted in many way. This one is new for me, I like it. Although, I am a little confused how harikant's situation fits in this discussion.

The description that she gave of herself fits perfectly the description of a prostitute.

I used to work at a restaurant as a part time job with school and there was a man who just divorced with his wife and lost almost everything. He was like a beta, he raised the woman's children and everything but she still cheated on him. He started dating a girl from Thailand on internet. She was very young, age of his daughter. Long story short, he knew the girl was only dating him because she wanted to come to Canada and for his money but he still went for it because he was miserable and lonel…

Tell your father the truth. He will feel proud and happy that his son got a good job. Also, if he learns it from somewhere else, he will feel betrayed by his own son. Honestly, the money that your father is giving should be spend on helping you but it's not the case. I wish you good luck and good success with your exams and family life. Also, congratulations for the job.

Honestly, nothing make sense with Hitler's story. You could be right or you could be wrong. I really don't know if there are any credible sources to look at. I can't really believe western propaganda when they say things like: Hitler had a tiny penis or just one testicle. Hitler's nephew once said that when he visited the family, there was a tension because Geli was expecting Hitler's child. I can't believe that because he is a British and secondly, Hitler didn't have any contact with his step b…

Hitler didn't have any other siblings or relatives that he was close with. He had a sister that he really loved and the niece we are talking about was her daughter. Hitler had a girlfriend during that time and her name was Eva Braun. He didn't sexually abuse his niece but he was jealous. Although, I admit Hitler was a fucked up person.

Read some books about hitler. It's western propaganda when they say that he molested his niece. He controlled her and was overprotective but he didn't sexually abuse her. He was seen as a gentleman by women during his dictatorship. I would suggest you "la part de l'autre" by Eric Emmanuel schmidt. Your hatred of Hitler is making you believe this non academic articles/post.

Shut the fuck up. He just owns the boat, he is not a captain. If anything he should sue her or her family because she destroyed his property.

Dont do it. If you want to share or talk about your difficulties then we are here. We dont know you but we care about you. Suicide is never the answer. It is the worst solution to a temporary problem. Live.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
