I mean, seriously? No hesitation when you're caught completely off-guard and taken by surprise? Like if a hot girl just turns the corner out of nowhere as you're walking around the same corner? How do you just go up to her within a couple seconds and have the most charming and engaging thing to say? At best, I'd have nothing to say and do something stupid which would turn her off. Your wits aren't about you and you're caught off guard, how do you do that? Something tells me it's your looks. If you were an ugly dude, the girl would glance at you and push you away. It's partly looks but it's also attitude/confidence so if you come off that way (as you describe) then she may be more likely not to say no as well.
