1	How do I practice game in college as a Junior? I would say lift and hit the gym often. Beyond that, talk to everyone. It can be intimidating at first, believe me, I'd know. Like some of the other comments said, you can make small talk at first, talk about weather, classes, etc Get the hangof that before you escalate it into witty banter or sexual banter. I don't have experience with LTRs or plates but going by a TRP standpoint, I'd say you need to maintain your frame and have an abundance mentality.
