I am a landscaper and builder and have an incredibly hard and physically demanding job so I could very easily keep up with any cisman with heavy gear on without question. I do it at work every day. "By 1963, the UK had officially become a conscription-free nation, having transitioned to voluntary enlistment." I have my Gender Recognition Certificate which means I am legally male and recognised as such by the government and the law. When you get the GRC it comes with documentatiom detailing everything that changes for you.
