| 6 | Mother Jones article casts serious doubt on a cause celebre rape case; feminists swarm comments damning them for presenting evidence.Very interesting article, first time I've read a comprehensive review of this case and Jones' story seems to have a number of significant holes in it. On a side note, most of the commenters seem to take as an article of faith that it is impossible to consent to sex when one is "blacked out" I had always interpreted this phrase to mean alcohol-induced amnesia, distinct from being "passed out" or unconscious.
