1	"I pay more in rent, of course, cause she's got a mortgage" Agreed on 50/50 not being fair when incomes aren't the same. My girlfriend has a career and makes good money. But I make way more. Splitting everything 50/50 would mean living down to her standard of living. I want to eat at nice restaurants, live in a nice place, stay in top hotels, and on and on.
