That was a most helpful reply. Thank you, Mr. Jokebot.

Well, another option is to provide sexual services. That could not only remove incel status, but also raise the percentage of women in tech companies. Not even joking, last time I saw a report about Chinese companies hiring pretty women for stress reduction

You really think it would be a gender selection? If anything, there would be a "women only" button...

Not the same. A Teufelskreis basically describes a closed chain of actions where the result of one action negatively impacts the following actions. Since it is a closed chain (therefore a circle), the negative impact remains its own cause and therefore cannot be escaped from. Worst case, as you said, it is even kind of a helix / downward spiral. Simplified example: I am sick, therefore I cannot work. I cannot work, therefore I am poor. I am poor, therefore I cannot afford quality food. I don't e…

I wonder why they are so fat though. Looking at the effort for clothing and pictures, they definitely care. Why deal with everything but weight? Especially since it is the one feature that overshadows all others.

Looked at this during workout between sets. Immediately got 2 more reps than aimed for. You celebrate achievement and not this shit.

Looks interesting, but if it is accurate, there is no sign for hypergamy. Alot of couples and either serial monogamists. Some few guys and girls connected to alot of the opposite sex and even a few bisexuals. Nothing special but holy fuck what is this ring shaped orgy up there?

Looking at this graph shows a very clear trend to women earning more, compared to men, over time. It is the exact opposite of proof that their earning did not improve. Not saying it is equal to men, but going from 1 in 20 to 1 in 4 being the breadwinner is significant.

Yep, this is a really fucked up idea in the first place. I would volunteer to permanently cripple the people who do this to animals and cut off their own finger tips.

I would say that there is two extremes: Those who don't provide much value (looks, possession or ability) and therefore have a hard time getting relationships with the opposite sex. Even with much effort, the chance for building relationships is low. High investment, low outcome = bad deal. And even if the person wanted to, building relationships to the opposite sex is difficult. Those who provide alot of value (looks, possessions and ability) and therefore are highly attractive for the opposite…

Men were roughly 12% faster than women. A lot less difference than in other sports. Actually, the women were almost twice as fast as I will ever be, and that over hours. I am not above acknowledging that athletic performance.

Nice to see this top comments. Waylon was my first thought as well. The man had a golden voice.

Valid points, and good to see some helpful hints for readers who are too heavy themselves. I didnt want to write too much in my initial comment, to avoid watering down my point.

Yes, they are fat, not fit. Yes, they are not attractive. But I sucked at many things I tried, at first, too. No need to laugh at someone trying to improve.

34yo here. My libido is almost died over the last few years. Nowadays, I find myself speaking to the best-looking colleague I have, easily 8+, and completely focusing on the topic, no urge of teasing, flirting or more. In my early 20s, that was very, very different.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
