How can I repair my marriage and make it more likely that my husband will forgive me?Were you supposed to park a mile away in a different neighborhood and walk? Or never visit your cousin anymore? Honest question, what would have been the 'better' option? I live in one of the best neighborhoods in my city, and our friend still got his car broken into a few months ago, it happens everywhere. | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/04/22 02:20 PM
What careers/jobs should women have before hopefully being SAHW/SAHM?For sure! The thing is, everyone needs software engineers now, and at least in the USA , there aren’t enough. It is a LOT of work up front in terms of studying and learning, but once you’re in, you’re in. | /r/RedPillWomen | 08/04/22 01:38 PM
What careers/jobs should women have before hopefully being SAHW/SAHM?Software engineer here. I don't know of many other careers that gives you the potential flexibility and big salaries that software engineering does. So many roles are 100% remote now. When I went through a job change last year and did lots of interviewing, I talked to multiple teams that were like, if you want to go to the gym or run errands or do whatever in the middle of the day and you don't have meetings, go for it, as long as you work your hours and are generally available, we don't care. I… | /r/RedPillWomen | 08/04/22 04:45 AM
| – | can you share with me your daily cleaning routine?I work a lot and my husband is also extremely busy, and now I'm all about maintenance. I don't really have to do weekend cleaning sessions anymore, because I've gotten in the routine of doing things as I see them. If the bathroom sink looks a little dirty and I don't have a meeting soon, I pull out a sponge and clean it quick. If I'm waiting for water to boil, I look around the kitchen and dining room for anything that needs done. Putting groceries away, I have a rag and cleaner with me to wipe … | /r/RedPillWomen | 14/03/22 10:00 PM |
What are some ideas for hobbies? There are so many fun projects for Arduino and RaspberryPis, you can even buy kits online. Setting up a network-wide ad-block at my house with a Raspberry Pi was fun, and taught me more about how my home network and internet works (plus, no ads are sweet). Cross stitching is super relaxing, the materials are cheap, and you really don't need to learn much, it's just following the patterns. When it's nice out, I love biking! If you're feeling adventurous, try a jiu jitsu class. Unfortunately I can… | /r/RedPillWomen | 10/02/22 02:55 PM
Is it just me or is there a lot of feminist viewpoints in this sub?Thank you! I like being open about it, because alcoholism among women (ESPECIALLY young women) can be so overlooked | /r/RedPillWomen | 16/02/21 08:51 PM
Is it just me or is there a lot of feminist viewpoints in this sub?Oh for sure! My situation was unique, but the whole point is that life happens, and making sure you're prepared is important, versus arbitrary ages. Maybe you can't finish college until later; maybe something is happening at home; maybe you have other responsibilities to take care of. 20's is a wild decade, in that everyone is kind of in different spots and figuring out how to get on track, a lot happens, a lot of which is out of out control. | /r/RedPillWomen | 16/02/21 08:48 PM
Is it just me or is there a lot of feminist viewpoints in this sub?I was struggling with alcoholism during most of my 20s. I had to pick myself up and reoriente myself at 28 (went back and got a Master's in Software Engineering, got a job, bought a house). Not everyone can fit into a certain timeline or arbitrary age range. Now I'm about to get married and have kids in my 30s. Sure, the timeline is different, but when I really think about it, I wouldn't have changed anything. | /r/RedPillWomen | 16/02/21 05:39 PM
Random questionIt's just because it looks cool. I've experimented with undercuts, etc. Most of the time my hair is VERY short (2 - 3 inches), I like the look *shrug* I'm in my 30s and I feel like stuff like this has been a thing since the 90s | /r/RedPillWomen | 16/02/21 05:33 PM
What is the RPW take on feminine women who don't wear femme clothing?Oh for sure haha! I'm also queer, I probably should have mentioned it lol | /r/RedPillWomen | 13/08/20 08:02 PM
What do men and woman talk about and do together?Do YOU have any hobbies? I'd start looking for people who are interested in the same hobbies you are! | /r/RedPillWomen | 13/08/20 02:40 PM
Do women shame each other for making effort?I hate this, and I feel a vent coming on lol. I don't wear makeup myself so I can't relate to that, but overall, definitely. I think it's been getting worse. A few years ago, it started with people almost bragging about how much they work or how stressed they are, and it seems like it's become a pissing match for a lot of things. A few years ago I was 50 pounds overweight and dealing with active alcoholism (aka my life was a mess). Now I'm about to graduate with my Masters, changed careers, lost… | /r/RedPillWomen | 13/08/20 02:06 PM
Opinions on current makeup trends?I was talking to my fiance the other day about this - I don't understand how anyone AFFORDS it all. I'm a software engineer who spends modestly and makes good money, and there's no way I could afford the palettes, brushes, fillers, microblading, Dysport/Botox, nails, wigs, lashes etc etc. I think if you can afford it - then go wild, I don't see makeup or cosmetic changes that different than being into tattoos. However....and I know it's none of my business...but I worry this is pushing women in … | /r/RedPillWomen | 03/08/20 02:16 PM
Is it ever okay to lie by omission over small things for his benefit?Lying to your adult partner isn't good. Lying to your adult partner about vegetables, to me, sounds like you're infantilizing him. If your husband is THIS averse to vegetables, he needs professional help. I'm assuming you guys are young because right now he's only "at risk", but those health problems could start cascading when he hits a certain age (especially with men, who tend to have more health issues that can be solved with diet). Personally, I would need him to work through this issue befo… | /r/RedPillWomen | 31/07/20 01:36 PM
How are you treated when you dress more feminine? In general I dress fairly tomboy/soft butch. I think I have a natural look that works with that, and it's what I think I look the best in. If I had to pick a celebrity that my wardrobe mostly resembles it's definitely Ruby Rose - cool, soft butch, with an occasional feminine outfit. I don't wear makeup, other than some BB cream and maybe a swipe of mascara (I focus on my skincare instead). What I don't do is go out in public in pj's/sweats, or looking sloppy in general - NOT because I care about… | /r/RedPillWomen | 31/07/20 01:17 PM
Any non-traditional hobbies?Computer programming; I switched careers into software engineering ~2 years ago, and just now I feel like everything is starting to 'click'. So I've been starting some of my own projects and exploring topics outside of what I work on for my job and school, and am trying to find where my interests really are in this field. I do wish there were more women in the field though, it gets lonely sometimes haha! Strength training /Strongman - I know more women are lifting now (yay!), but I still have ti… | /r/RedPillWomen | 31/07/20 12:55 PM
I'm pretty uncomfortable to expose my body hair which I think is more than usual and I've been getting anxiety with all the thinking. I think it's because of my hormones but I how do I get stable??So true about the armpit hair, I stopped shaving them because I get SO sweaty when my armpits are clean shaven, it's so gross (the sweat I mean)! I'm glad leaving underarm hair is becoming more normalized | /r/RedPillWomen | 21/07/20 07:17 PM
A special meme for our female lurkers 😎I wonder how much of it is an age thing vs gender thing. I'm also 30, went through my wild stage in my 20's, and mellowed out the last two years, went to grad school, changed careers, got sober, in shape, etc etc., and I'm seeing that now with a lot of my 30-something guy friends too (closing down the party chapter, looking to settle down). I think fucking around in your 20s sucks up time for everyone - hell, I just changed careers, and my fiance who is 31 is going to start med school next year … | /r/MGTOW | 03/04/20 01:46 PM
