Actually, men make them more. This blog documents all of the research on domestic violence and custody, http://abusersgettingcustody.blogspot.com/. According to research, fathers are more likely than mothers to falsely allege abuse. It’s 21% compared to 1.3%.

They call it manslaughter, but it’s murder. Just look at how they murdered these women and to see it as anything, but murder is a tragedy. There was 100% intent.

More violent, yet men murder more of their partners than women murder their partners. Something isn't adding up!
/r/MensRights14/03/18 04:49 AM

Yet, the murder rate is completely different. When it comes to partners murdering their partners, more women are murdered by their partners than men. A lot of the studies that show equal domestic violence rates do not talk to both partners and do not take into consideration severity of the abuse. lol downvote the facts. But this is a fact. More women are murdered by male partners than vice versa. You claim women are more violent yet they are murdered more, this doesn't add up! What you can't lie…

It's the same with gay rights, you never see straight rights along side of it, because straight is considered the default of society for relationships. Men's rights is the default for human rights.

Umh, it's not because you are 'just the dad' it depends on who has sole decision making for health and education. If a mom wants an assessment done and comes to see me, and I see that both her and the father have joint decision making, I can't do anything until I get the signature from dad too. And go ahead and downvote the facts. One case I had, I started the assessment but had to stop because Dad won custody and demanded the assessment stop, as he now had joint decision making authority. Earlier this year, figures from the BBC's Victoria Derbyshire programme showed a UK backlog of more than £3.8bn in uncollected child maintenance payments. About 1.2 million people were owed child maintenance, the figures showed. It's a pretty dumb gamble.

They even tried to appease the fanboy rage (mostly white rage) by putting in broom boy at the end. But that's not enough. The mere fact a woman is a main character just makes them ANGRY.

how can a man murder his spouse if he is in a domestic violence shelter and she's at home? Because he won't go. He's murdered when he's drunk. He's not going to down a pack of 24, and then be like, 'oh I better go to a shelter.' The choice of weapon is relevant, one you reach for in desperation, the other you know exactly why you have it in your hand.
/r/MensRights30/11/17 01:45 AM

who's to say the men aren't defending themselves when they use violence? Because women are murdered more when they try to LEAVE! Lol. Men are murdered when they are drunk. These nuances matter! Choice of weapon differs too. Men use guns and women (that study shows) are more likely to use knives.

What would happen if she were...I don't know..in a domestic violence shelter? Chances are she is defending herself from an alcoholic. Hence why most of them are drunk when they are murdered. The fact is my source shows women being more aggressive and willing to use violence. Yeah, and it doesn't show CONTEXT. As in, women use violence as a defence.

It's interesting, because a study that looked into the murders of males by their female partner, showed similar features 1) the majority of murders were at home 2) The females were more likely to live under ordered social conditions, and to have sought assistance from social services or police, 3) Women were more likely to be classified as having a severe mental disorder at the time of their crimes, and 4) The victims were often under the influence of substances at the time of the crime. Men aren't murdered by their partners at the same rate women are murdered by theirs. It also has to do with finances and who controls the finances. Women who are turned away risk being murdered. The number one determining factor on whether a woman will experience violence in her relationship is if she is violent in her relationship. You're going to need a source for that claim. This seems like a Karen thing. If men also had a place to go to cooldown, wouldn't that also lead to less violence towa…

This is in the U.K., https://us.sagepub.com/en-us/nam/press/acid-attacks-new-research-reveals-unexpected-demographics-and-highlights-the-need-for-tighter They also found that victims were mostly young men, assaulted by male perpetrators, a very different demographic compared to similar attacks in Low and Middle Income countries including India, Iran, Jamaica, Bangladesh and Uganda and Cambodia.
/r/MensRights10/11/17 06:06 PM

Actually, acid attacks started with men attacking women, the relationship related ones. And then women started attacking men and other women. Women are the greatest victims still of acid attacks (worldwide). Also, Perpetrators of acid violence are almost always men, and toxic masculinity —the desire to permanently victimize someone while demonstrating his own power and brutality —is almost always the underlying cause regardless of whether the victim is a woman, man or transgendered person.

Don't know, but I did find this, http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-79711/We-create-babies-men-claim-scientists.html, which is interesting. Sperm, I guess is easier to create than the egg. There doesn't seem to be an extreme shortage of egg donor agencies so idk. I know some pay about 8,000 per donation, but that still doesn't get women to donate.
/r/MensRights08/10/17 07:44 PM
1

How else can you make it 'on par' to women having access to sperm donors. Which isn't forced but super duper easy to do, compared to a woman donating her eggs. Very few women are willing to donate their eggs, given how invasive the procedure is. So pray tell, how are we going to make it 'at par' unless we stop men from donating, there is no way to make it at par.
/r/MensRights08/10/17 06:26 PM

'on par that women have access to sperm donors' is a matter of availability. So no, I think OP is definitely suggesting forced harvesting.

Glad the facts are getting out about abusers getting custody. Gearing up for yet another court case, that had years of evidence, which will probably have the lawyer, again, give the kids to their abuser.

They see doctors/psychologists reports as something nefarious, that the parent is trying to break the bond between the other parent and child, instead of a concerned parent, who is just trying to protect their child.

I deal with more male physical abusers than female. I deal with more male sociopaths who 'just can't understand why their ex-partner doesn't want to work it out' ya know 'for the sake of the children.' What's even more sick is they use their victims response to trauma symptoms AGAINST them. I fight against a few MRA and FRA rights groups who support these scum. And this'll help you see your source isn't all that legit. Victims want to get AWAY from their abuser. Abusers want to keep their victim…
/r/MensRights01/09/17 05:37 PM

It has to do with 'which parent will make an effort to rekindling their relationship with the other parent' which the courts assume will be better for the children. And what do abusers do best? Keeping their victim trapped. Essentially, the victim is seen as unreasonable for not wanting to work with a parent (their abuser) who wants to work with them!
/r/MensRights01/09/17 04:58 PM

Would you believe when I say the father is the abusive one and is getting shared custody? Abusers, both men and women, are getting custody. And I know exactly why.
/r/MensRights01/09/17 03:26 PM

Have a client right now. Partner is very abusive to the children, physical and verbal, and the family courts granted that parent shared custody. It's ridiculous. We need to look at the children's best interests. Look up the connection between trauma and oppositional defiant disorder and conduct disorder if you don't believe me.

I am so confused. Men's health is being addressed. They are 3/4 of the participants of clinical trials and of animal studies (male animals). Since the beginning of clinical trials, men have always been either ALL of the participants or the majority. This is across the board for all disciplines. It just seems you want a men's health agency in name, because nothing else would change.
/r/MensRights23/08/17 03:26 AM

Those are factors that greatly impact your health. Women are included in the 'priority' group because they have been historically (STILL ARE) excluded from clinical trials.

Because men, as a 'group', are not seen as a priority population. They have always been included (and are the MAJORITY of participants) in clinical trials. And men who need help, would fall under one (or more) of these areas: chronic care, disabilities, elderly, end-of-life care, inner-city, low-income, minority, and rural and boys would be for children. Those are factors that greatly impact your health. Women are included in the 'priority' group is because they have been historically excluded f…
