also, doing chest then biceps then triceps then back is a no no if you do full upper, chest and back or back and chest in that order, the shoulder then biceps and tricpes, because chest and back are massive muscle groups while u exercise them u always exercise the biceps and the triceps. I would recommend going, push, legs, pull in that order.
