2	Funny, not funny If the baby mama doesn't push for the courts to charge you with contempt, they will typically allow the arrears to pile up. Just speaking from experience... (Just want to note that I pay my child support. Long story short, my boss embezzled it and I ended up 7k in the hole. 1	Had this been posted here yet? Even if you do, it may not be enough. I ended up in jail because my boss was embezzling my child support. He withheld the money from my checks. The child support office, nor my whore of an ex, bothered to tell me they weren't getting anything. (Before that, and now, the CS office sends me letters BEFORE THE SUPPORT IS DUE telling me it's late.) They apparently just decided not to that one time.
