1	Looked for other places to post this, but.... I have one on the back of my neck just like the picture on the Wikipedia page. Sore, red and infected these fucking things suck! The body will generally naturally reabsorb these. Applying a heat pad to the cyst for 20 minutes a session once a day will also help promote drainage. I had a close friend years ago, his younger brother was uncircumcised and developed an infection as a teenager. Long story short he had to get circumcised when he was somewhere around 14.
