66	"During prom season at my school, we're actually required to go to a mandatory anti-rape course, girls have to go to a self defense course." The lesson that I got out of it was girls are weak... No, really... the entire self-defense class in gym was to teach girls how to get out of holds. First day was wrist holds. The teacher showed a simple break out technique and had the boys restrain the girls (yes, really). The girl I was paired with performed the break out exactly as it was demonstrated, but she couldn't break the wrist hold...
