To me, it seems like she's saying that if you give women the choice between working for a living (like men) or sitting on their asses, they'll naturally choose the latter. Therefore presenting women with such a choice is incorrect. She's right, there shouldn't be a choice. Women should work, just like men do. 3	Went exactly as expected Greece Greek here. The reason we still have conscription is because Greece has a very small population. If there wasn't mandatory military service, there wouldn't even be enough soldiers to guard the borders. That being said, the system is pretty lax. For example, I never served. All I had to do was get a psychological evaluation from a private doctor (paid him €50) saying I'm unfit for duty, and the officer I showed it to didn't even bother to read it.
