This is the largest issue with the modern trp community. Angry, virginous men come to read why they're not able to get their dicks wet, then they make it their entire identity. Usually people who haven't experienced struggle and don't believe in a better future, so they adopt a mindset of intentional struggle, citing anything brighter than current Western society as being a Disney fairytale. You don't need to have unprotected sex with strangers to be happy. Most of the new posts read like genuin…

Guess what? This is how people lived for thousands of years. I don't give a shit about pua history. Most people were average Joe and lived simple lives following their gut to make decisions. And they were fulfilled. Being obsessed with large money and fame all believing all this modern bullshit is necessary is just that, modern bullshit. Being popular on twitter means nothing. Having a billion over a million doesn't mean much.

This post is great, isn't it? Wrong. It's not. Go back to the sidebar.

Fantastic post. Whilst the TRP community loves to talk about relationships, very few even talk about the actual issues. You hit the nail on the head. It's extremely easy to be deceived on a worldview in any category; it's truly insane. For most people, you're not unsuccessful: you're just distracted. You have achieved things which other people dream of doing. Yet, as people, we look up at the next barrier instead of looking down at what has already been accomplished. It's frustrating, and only l…

Call of the unknown. People want to think there is something better out there. They want to believe there are better women, better culture, better wages, better food etc: in a very ambiguous place. People are curious. Men want easier women to "game". Men want easier women to "tame". To be fair, Eastern Europe is full of so many obscene falsities, from a far, Western eye. People from the West know nothing about it, and act as if they know everything about it. This, once again, is a psychological …

This sounds to me like Vulnerable Narcissism. Go and see if you can get yourself qualified for NPD (Narcissist Personality Disorder) by a local clinic. tVNPD has very high rates of psychological traits similar to what you have described. I can not do much over the internet. Go check up with your clinic, and go read about it. This sounds probable enough, especially since you browse TRP and related communities.

Your name makes me assume you're overall very negative in perception of a worldview. Charisma is a skill, most people are good enough to pass by; some are impotent and others exceed at it. It makes life easier in every regard. What does this actually mean? It gets better. You'll get better. You will do great in the future if you put in the unlucky hours right now. Do not offput failing attempts, as that is the only true way to learn and get better. Looks can only distract so much from someones c…

Life is suffering. That's correct. Emotion, however, is what I believe the OP is actually embroiled with. Emotion fogs the brain and leads unto nothing but poorly thought-out decisions. Whether you purchase a product in heat, take up the first job offer given, chase the first yet least useful opportunity, blurt out instead of giving a thorough [non-spaghetti] answer, those will all dramatically impact you and the outcome of the situation. To become a stable individual, don't let emotion fog your…

Overall, yes. There has been a relatively recent surge in topics such as incel-isms, and TRP in general, "looksmaxx", etc. It's a trend, it's a fad, it's a load of theories. They will pass.

Read the sidebar once again. Very little of what you do truly matters. Maybe you will see a handful of people from your classes later on in life. Most likely, however, you will not. This means you can fuck up a load of times (as long as you don't do anything which can lead into adulthood, such as Sex. assault cases). Now that's out of the way: Your case is understandable. Socialization is a skill. You must force yourself into those new skills at first, no matter how much you may dislike them. On…

Fasting in itself is actually extremely beneficial, especially when compared to eating less calories than you require. Once again, fasting does not cause as much muscle loss (https://www.dietdoctor.com/does-fasting-burn-muscle) as a caloric deficit. This, whilst is also increases GH secretion, equals blood cholesterol & glucose levels, is more efficient at losing fat (over muscle) and countless other differences. A caloric deficit is just much less mechanically efficient, especially for people w…

Body Re-composition is the broad/overall term given to building muscular masses while losing fat masses. Yes, it is very possible to do so on an eating pattern/diet which implements fasting.

It would be unfair to assume so. Scientific tests are always within a margin of error. All that can be proven is that they ate "roughly" equal portions of food. Try it out yourself, note the results.

Fasting. It is the quickest way to lose fat body mass whilst losing the minimal amount of muscular mass. Sounds counter-productive, but eating <n kcals/d (n being your TDEE/) will make you lose more muscular mass, and less fat mass per day. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23171320 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24215592

Zinc. It helps directly with hair growth and health, not to mention, it is already in most hair-loss products. 50mg, once a day is more than enough. Side note: this counts for all hair: facial hair, body hair and head hair. Zinc has countless other [documented] benefits, including better sleep, better skin quality and health, increased male fertility, etc. For a male, there is no reason not to have a strong intake of Zinc.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
