Is there a month for just women's health issues that I'm not aware of? (I'm honestly asking, not attempting sarcasm or anything.) Depression is an issue that carries a heavy stigma for both sexes -- women are often discouraged from seeking treatment as well, and are equally invalidated by being told that they are being too emotional, or are overreacting, etc. Why do we have to divide issues into gender roles?
