A sperm donor doesn't know the woman who's having his child let alone cum in her mouth. He definitely had more to do with this than a sperm donor.

I don't want to do anything to this guy. The fact is is whether it was circumvented or not IT FAILED. You're just mincing words at this point. The point is IT FAILED. Fine, it was circumvented, but it FAILED by circumvention. Therefore, there is now a child and HE was a part of the making of that child. BTW, I happen to know that this is all made up from a Louis CK show. And, for the record, he took care of the kid. rolls eyes

Don't kid yourself that this isn't a matter of convenience. If it was convenient no one would have a problem with it. The thing is he DID take precautions, but (because of wrong doing on someone elses part) his precautions FAILED. He FAILED to make sure that it didn't happen. He TRIED to take precautions but FAILED. Had his precautions not failed the child wouldn't be here. Therefore, I'm saying he either proves innocence in court somehow (which would be impossible at this point), he pays the ch…

Um... I wouldn't consider having to pay child support as wrong as forcing a child to grow up in abject poverty because it's inconvenient to you. Its TECHNICALLY not different. Except for the fact that the woman who got the sperm from the sperm bank didn't intend on getting child support because she could afford it. This woman is clearly not a very good person and had a child she couldn't support. So the difference is that the sperm bank child can be supported with a single parent and the other can't. Hey, I didn't say it was fair to the guy and I didn't say it wasn't shitty.
