One thing you have to be careful with is too much isolation. Monk mode seems to be focused on that but you have to make sure you still have contact with people.

I agree. Kind of like a schizo diagnosis. The people are convinced their delusions are reality, when people who aren’t schizo know that their thoughts aren’t rational.
