1	im so sad, all the time It is hard to shake that feeling. Again, when I feel that way I try to make someone else happy. I think seeing that I can impact others in a positive way helps me feel like I am not worthless. I can make a difference. You can too and you are not worthless either. 3	im so sad, all the time I'm sorry, I wish I had a solid solution for you. Oddly enough, when I feel that way the thing that makes me feel better is to do something nice for someone else. 9	Question I do not defend all men. I know many have done bad things... but I also know many who have done nothing but were accused. I know women who have assaulted men in similar ways and nobody bats an eye. Many times they are applauded or it is made to be humorous.
