That was post-trial. He was never told of her non-consent, and was only told of the "fuck me" texts that he was getting from her earlier. It would be like your boss telling you that you are getting a raise. "You are getting a raise." All right! "You are getting a raise!" Yay!...a month goes by and there is no raise. What happened to my raise? "Oh, Bob got it." I thought I was getting a raise, but I guess I wasn't.

To be clear, I am not searching out support, it was just on my mind today. The evidence on the other side was that she was clearly intoxicated (as a night of drinking and cocaine will do to you). No one denied any intoxication involvement, and the case was made on consent. She says she was passed out (even if blackout then it would probably be the same), he said she wasn't. It's not a cut-and-dry case in either direction, but she gets the benefit because of reasons that everyone here is aware of…

Thanks. So, yes, it is POSSIBLE that she was all Little Ceaser'ed (Hot 'N Ready), then had a change of heart, and he continued with the act, which yes, would be rape. But it is not probable, and there certainly wasn't any proof (outside of testimony).
