I am not sure anyone has been charged or is going to be charged for CP. However, if they are, then she should be charged with the creation. Different states may have different laws on it though. I think it is kinda of silly being charged for taking a picture of yourself but I get that it is to stop them from being taken advantage of by someone else. Still seems like it is aimed at the wrong person. Either way, here is a recent case where a female was charged after being turned in by her parents.…
