Iv been recently diagnosed and use my meds thrice a week to help learn better habits. It's working well so far. Gonna use the "edging" technique at work on break lol psytrance helps a ton. I lift every damn day and it's bliss for about 3-4 hours then I crash. On days a don't use meds, theanine and coffee is helpful and i time it with the post workout crash. The race game thing sounds interesting. I use to play halo swat in highscool before school started and the quickness gave me a sick boost. A…

As beta as it sounds, getting the patents involved is an instant win to nip that shit and it's fucking hilarious then retreat

I'm with you. Cutting out any macro nutrient derivative completely shows your complete lack of nutrition knowledge.

lol sugar is poison. You are very smart

Do you truly believe, of diet and sleep is on point, that an hour of hard, focused, smart lifting is enough to unlock your natural potential? I'm going back to school and working full time but I never will give up my hour of lifting a day. But I do get jealous of my friends who can spend two or more hours in the gym :/

I feel super down and useless without it. I get so much pleasure and self esteem from it. If I all of a sudden couldn't Lift, I'd be a mess. Big part of who I am. Point being, many things can be a crutch. Two sides to every coin.

But Literally everything is a crutch. Working out is a crutch. Eating a good diet is a crutch. My night time ritual is a crutch.

You just referred to it as steroids to our metabolism lol I don't think you're exactly the best to talk about it either. Look at some peer reviewed studies on chronic use.

You'll be fine. Don't let the latest health fad break your frame. Caffeine isn't a tenth of what most drugs do to you. My 92 year old grandfather guzzles it and always had. It's a bunch of holier than though bullshit. And yes I belong to the church of holy caffeine goodness
/r/TheRedPill17/04/18 04:52 PM

I blast caffeine all day but not within ten hours of sleep. It makes everything better, even before I drank it (use to be like you and thought it was bad so I had ZERO all throughout highschool and I was also tired and pissed) enter college and caffeine and I'm basically a new man. My test levels are in the 500's and I'm getting stronger and bigger at a decent rate. I think the effects of testosterone is negligible. Just like when people think taking cold showers will boost your test. Maybe like…

Eating people is bad. You cannot eat people. You can grind them up into a liquid and pour it down your throat, even chew the thicker parts but you can't eat people.

I would go one minute tops. Chris Duffin has a great video explaining why

If I don't eat 500 carbs a day I lose too much weight. I'm 6 foot 225 with visible abs. Don't recommend cutting carbs out entirely when you don't know the individual
/r/TheRedPill08/03/18 01:46 PM

Also vastly reduces injury of the lower back. I do abs every day too, but I would recommend not just doing spinal flexion movements. Throw in planks and ab wheel.

I consume around 4K calories a day.... and I'm slowly gaining weight. Once you have a decent level of lean mass and you train hard you can eat quite a bit. Slowly build that metabolism bro
/r/TheRedPill29/12/17 12:17 PM

That's not your fault. Your parents and ancestors worked hard for it. I dedicate some of my time to lift everyday. In the summer I look good by the pool. I did it for my future self. Just like I'm gonna make a college fund for my kid so they can go to most places with little to no debt, like my parents did for me.

I'll make the comparison to RPG games again. If you're buff and athletic use it. Wealthy? Use it. We each have different talents and abilities. Hone what comes easiest to you and develop it. Like classes in a RPG. If you're an archer you're not gonna try to use a battle axe.

No advanced degree. Look, I'm not saying I have it all figured out. Doctors are uber smart people but also can be unwilling to admit fault. A dangerous combination. My last doc told me alcohol was a stimulant and I shouldn't drink it near bed because it would keep me up. She also was dead set I was on steroids when, yeah I lift, but I'm no means THAT yolked. Idk maybe I have just had bad experiences. Also in this society if you have an "advanced" degree you're automatically a god and can do no w…

Every three weeks? Is it enanthate? I did a cycle and even the long lasting esters require twice a week shots to maintain stable levels

I fucking despise doctors. Baby boomer generation sucks their balls it's disgusting. They think doctors are gods and refuse to do any research themselves. Fuck off is right.

As someone who works with patients and their doctors orders, they routinely show their ass. I give zero shits about a degree. I wanna see and hear your knowledge. My friends psych thought one drug was anothe class of drugs and wouldn't admit she messed up and went with it. Doctors are fucks

Most of the damage comes from the lining of your gut being used up by bacteria. Fermented foods and fiber can stop and reverse this.

I said this elsewhere and got flamed. Notice how that one girl reported tried three times. It's because they don't wanna die, they want attention. Iv talked to multiple girls who tried. "Omg highs cool was hard I had a fifth of vodka and 5 Advil I was so suicidal" I mean. Ugh

So being preyed upon sexually makes the violated feel normal? Lol wut or I misunderstood you
/r/MensRights04/08/17 08:17 PM
10

Then these kids grow up to date rape drunk girls at parties and THEY are the bad guys. Doesn't matter they had sex and all it entails totally messed up by being raped at a young age by a superior you should be able to trust. These things, even if "enjoyable" can fuck people up. Add that to the fact they are special ed? That's a recipe for disaster
/r/MensRights04/08/17 03:52 PM
16

What if they thought that was natural? Like, not necessarily how it went down, what if this was there first experience even learning about sex? If a male teacher took advantage of some 14 cheerleader in a wheel chair WEW LAWD he would be drawn and quartered

Omg boys can't get raped they all are little sex machines! /s man, I'm sure we all know people, possibly close friends (males), that under went sexual abuse and are way to mortified to confide in anyone. Even BEST friends. Females almost get praised for talking about it.

At my internship , I was let go because this girl softball player (we trained athletes there) told the head coaches and owner I was trying to buy her alcohol and I was flirting with her. Then, just so happens, other girls came out and said I was inappropriately messaging them on social media. I have ZERO accounts on any social media. My fav are the girls who constantly ogle over famous actors and they treat me like shit because I'm not up to their level of hotness. Like they aren't in a position to be that picky. Not saying I'm hot as fuck but damn I'm pretty much the top of the crop of what you are able to get.

I knew this girl for a whole semester freshman year. I really liked her and we were super close. One night we went to a party and she got super drunk. I took her home and she was trying to make out with me but she was in and out of consciousness. I decided to just let her sleep it off. As I got up her roommate came home and assumed I raped her. She made her go get a rape test the following morning. Cane back negative of course. Was never the same
