4	I compiled a collection of 'must read' books. Which ones helped you the most? Iron John: A Book about Men, by Robert Bly. Bly wrote this in 1990, well before most people, much less respected intellectuals, had the balls to discuss the threat to masculinity in American culture. Instead of being based on evolutionary psych like most of these, he uses a deep reading of old myths about male rites of passage to explore male values society has forgotten/repressed.
