I was going to mention IF. It makes things very flexible because if you know you have a hot date and want to slam a big manly prime rib while she watches, you can easily fit that in your daily macros. Just skip breakfast and have a snack for lunch. As long as you're not downing an extra large poutine it's pretty hard to fuck everything up with one meal.

Fair enough, and yeah generally I'll see a list of positive or negative "reflections" on an encounter. I think field reports are great for new guys to get a general idea of flow for how an f-close happens but how theory is applied is easy to miss if it's just a list of things that happened.
