I forget what it's called, but I think there is a form. They are well within their rights not to, test, and then follow up later. If they never sign paternity would have to be proven. When I worked for the state I think the pitch I heard was something on the lines that a state will not bastardize a child. By that I mean, the state won't actively pursue trying to break up a legally established family (and if your duped, though it sucks, the family is still legal - I've seen non bio fathers get stuck with child support). 1	Female finance student whines about how hard it is to be in finance, blames it on the lack of female mentors available to her generation I've only ever sought capable and wise mentors. Their gender, personal experiences, and backgrounds didn't matter. In fact I usually valued when they were different from mine as it gave me more to learn from. Sounds like someone wants a person who shared their experiences so they can feel like someone understands them (possible code for - sees your feeling stressed and fixes it for you).
