Your source for that date must be "Who Wrote the Bible?" by Richard Friedman, because otherwise Genesis is believed to have been written somewhere around 1400-1500 BCE. But either way, we are making the point that these false rape claims have existed for at least several millennia.

I'm just being an armchair lawyer (not a real one) here, but I would see if you can sue the girl and college for defamation of character. Document everything you've seen and heard (including the hearing) in detail and gather an official transcript of the hearing if it exists. Don't let this fade away. Most women I know...can barely function on a physical level. And yet these women have no trouble nurturing inside and then birthing one or more 5-10 pound babies. Just because men generally have more muscle mass doesn't mean they are more physically capable. edit: clarifying language

I don't think anyone here disputes that you exist - it is just that we wish more women who understand would be more outspoken about it. I would love to see true equality one day (or at least something close to it).
