Bro, you are thinking way too much about this. Get out of your head and get into your body. Does she make you happy? You shouldn't give a FUCK about what anyone else thinks. This isn't a popularity contest. This. is. your. life. If you are cool with dating her, date her. If you're afraid to be alone but you don't like her then you're just accumulating shame which will ruin your emotional life. Be honest with yourself then be honest with her.

Yes... let me elaborate. We of the porn generation see sex as a rather linear journey. Makeout -> penetration -> orgasm. Not only is that a really limited experience but any divergence from that experience generates anxiety/shame (lose your erection, something weird happens, etc.). There's also no time to really appreciate or connect with what you're actually doing! You're just sort of going through the motions. Taking your time means you can not only really appreciate the person that you're tou…

I've been dealing with this for the last little while so I'll share with you what is working for me.. only sleep with the ones that you REALLY like Take. your. time. Don't go straight into sex and when you do, have long sessions. Like 1-2hr sessions. Take your time, take breaks, talk in between. Really savour it and build a connection during the process. Hope this helps

Why the fuck would you give someone any attention at all after a comment like that? Move on. There are good people our there that will love you.

I think you're right. A lot of men in here project these issues on to the women themselves but some compassion is in order. Nobody chooses to be an addict and this is a very serious issue affecting all of us. As a man who has been dating 25-30yr olds for 15 years I have seen this unfold and it's only really been since that piece of SHIT instagram came out that shit has really hit the proverbial fan. I don't know what the solution to this problem is but I'm pretty damn sure game isn't it. There…

You and thousands of other guys. Don't worry about it! Happen to me last night with a new girl. I explained it wasn't her and that sometimes it takes a while. We fooled around for another hour then I was hard af. Once you normalize it by bringing it up a lot of the anxiety that causes it in the first place goes away. Just take your time, enjoy other things (if she's a new partner there is a LOT to enjoy :)) and come back to it

It's really easy. You got to learn to love yourself more. That's what lifting, eating well, etc is all about. It's not about looking better - its you liking yourself more and that showing up in your presence. Take a good look at yourself and cultivate gratitude for what you have. Then get better and pat yourself on the back every time you make progress. Failure is tuition and if you're paying, you're progressing!

Why?

The issue is that we assume 'good' is absolute which is very much isn't. Good is relative. People in power generally don't want to hurt other people. They just don't want to sacrifice their beliefs for a bunch of strangers.

Loving kindness meditation, microdosing, and the biggest one for me is journalling. The simple act of journalling increases my rate of learning, is cathartic, and it turns every failure into a learning op in your mind so I am less affected. I'm 40 and new around here so I have a lot of catching up to do since I prefer girls in their 20s. I am absolutely dumbfounded by their behavior. It's so different than dating these girls 10 years ago.

Can confirm. And I am just getting started. The hardest part for me is that I overwhelm the young girls too much

Absolutely. IMHO it's really about the order. Inner -> outer vs. Outer --> inner. There are exceptions to this in the short term such as realizing that rejection isn't nearly as painful as you think it will be.

No hate here, b. What I'm saying is that the #1 thing holding us back is not external but internal. It's our beliefs, our stories, our insecurities. Too many men get distracted with learning the external but they never do the inner work to make it work

"the truth is probably something that your ego does not want to hear." This is all you really need to take from this. Or from this sub, tbh

Man, props to you. You're failing yet you keep at it. Success is inevitable for you. Do you journal? Record and review every interaction you have. Try different things, see if they work or not. What works for you is different than everyone else so you need to track how you're doing to really find your edge. You may be focusing too much on textbook behavior. Girls see right through that shit. You need to figure out what version of you will work best. Keep at it!

4 of the girls I've banged this year were in monogamous relationships and they were leading the whole interaction. I just didn't reject them. This kind of shit makes me die a little bit every time

She stuck to me like glue, sucks to say but I didn’t give two shits about her. Everything was cool on my terms until I told her I was going away for six months to train as a Fed. You made these decisions. Live with them, bro. Now you know the consequences. Maybe you'll make a different choice next time.

It doesn't matter what you say. It really doesn't. Just have fun with it. I'd pretend I work there and ask them if they want a recommendation. Or keep it simple and pick up a book you like, go over and ask them if they've read it. Tell them it's a trashy romance novel or something. The more to act out in a playful (safe) way the more you demonstrate your lack of fucks and your value

Never get into a relationship or plate you couldn't walk away from in 30 mins or less #20 is also a quote from the greatest movie of all time.

Ive dealt with this. Three things: 1) jerk off, no porn, only your imagination. 20min minimum! No joke. Do this regularly. 2) get some viagara. Use 1/2 of the smallest pill ONLY the first time you connect with someone. Break the cycle inn your head 3) get ready good at fingering/ oral. Switch to this when you are struggling and have fun :)

Consider it more of a mindset that constant pressure. If you see her respond, you reward her. If you see an opportunity to escalate, you take it

Yeah, bro this threw me off big time. It played out straight out of a movie. I was in the airport she messaged me I changed my flight to go find her kind of romance.

To elaborate, I think what killed the attractiom for her was that I was so attracted and I was showing it. She was testing me early on with shit like 'did you kiss that other girl?' but then when she started to get all bitchy and I didn't balk at this and walk I think it was over then and there. I canceled a flight to come see her which she told all her friends about and was super excited then today in our final interaction she mentioned it ain't but said she felt pressure to take care of me sin…

If you do it right, girls will approach you. You have to be comfortable with it. If you are they'll see it from across the room. I went out solo a while back and ended up in a limo with 5 vodka rep girls. We toured a few more bars and had a blast. No fucks, brother. That's the ticket

Who cares, man?! I could go bag 100 fatties but I'd rather sleep with one girl that I thought was out of my league. Stop looking for shit to get in your way

This is good. You have to embrace that feeling, realize it isn't the end of the world and move on. You need to learn how to detach from the outcome. It's their loss, remember.

Proximity, time, authenticity. Work on yourself so that you feel comfortable being you around women you find attractive. Figure out what kind of women you want to connect with, find out what they do, where they hang and start to put yourself in that environment. Try to meaningfully connect with women there. The rest is time
