1	Office sexism? That it makes an effort to exclude a group in a work situation. 1	Office sexism? That's still not a forward thinking mindset still because you are discriminating against the other sex right there saying that you want to hang out with people of the same sex. Sure it's not a crime to discriminate like that and few in the masses are not generally bothered to much by it. Even still though it's still not the issue. 1	Office sexism? You have to add that there is still the possibility that someone could achieve career advancement or some kind of benefit from sucking up the boss there. Not allowing everyone the same opportunity could get you in trouble. 7	Office sexism? Yes, this is a huge issue. It's a slippery slope for a company to allow this because someone claim this may be happening. Any company related function like this. Think of the glass ceiling issue that women struggled with men going going off to play golf or to mens only clubs to do business where women were not allowed.
