I'm often astonished by the number of people who don't bother to give you a simple "thank you". Like was this not taught to you when you were a kid? To be a decent fucking person? You asked for my help and I gave it to you and you just walked away. This happens to me more often than not and with people out on the street, not even people I'm supposed to serve or people that I know.

I can see why you'd say that about women in Western countries like the US, but my mom is a traditional, religious, born and raised eastern woman (yes I know eastern women aren't as great as they're made out to be but she has traditional values in her blood - married once never boyfriends). I realized that the only true unconditional love you'll ever get is most likely the one that comes from your family. Especially your parents.
