For some reason "men who don't want to celebrate you aren't in love" hit me HARD. Someone I used to deal with would purposely forget my birthday and ignore me. I put up with it for two years. Silly me.

I dont know, honestly. Unfortunately maybe it is the whole grass is greener mentality and he magically found someone else he miraculously found more interesting (surface level). Logic does not apply to LVM but I promise you he will probably come back when it blows up in his face or when he gets bored of the newness. Dont give him the chance.
Can you explain the last sentence? Why do they vet about period stuff -- only asking because out of the blue, a LVM asked me when I get my period? It was the most random text ever.
