True. I should have chosen my words more carefully, and I need to keep in mind that she didn't MAKE do anything. I foolishly chose my own actions and inactions, and I am solely responsible. I am VERY irritated with myself for my blue pill past. There are many situations I could have (and should have) handled differently. It is an easy trap to fall into thinking, "If only such-and-such were different, my life would be better." My wife's actions are beyond my control. I need to focus on myself, an…

My wife is about to become my ex-wife. She is clinging to the marriage because I am a good provider, and because she enjoys being an unemployed "stay-at-home mom" sitting on her ever-expanding fat ass watching daytime television and doing the bare minimum of cooking and cleaning. Even back when we were dating, sex with her was, at best, mediocre. I will freely admit that I have a great deal of anger and resentment towards my wife. I'm in my late 40s, and I wasted some of my best years with her, …

I haven't had sex with my wife since last November, or 7 months ago. Without going into details, I started having discreet affairs several years ago after she TOLD me to find a girlfriend. This was around the same time that I swallowed my own red pill and started waking up to reality. For what it's worth, I've told my wife I want a divorce, and she is resistant to the idea because she doesn't want to lose me as a good provider. It's still going to happen, although it will take some time to work …

I had something similar happen with my wife when we were dating, over 10 years ago. We met, and hit it off. I was not aware of the red pill yet, but I was unconsciously using game, and she was VERY attracted to me, in love, and sex was good. Prior to dating this woman, I had been previously married, and two years earlier my ex-wife and I had lost a newborn son who died in infancy. The death of that child was a HUGE factor in my divorce from the ex-wife. The massive grief was one of those experie…

I laughed when I read this, because it reminds me so much of myself. I don't know about you, but I have a number of issues myself, and I'm attracted to the crazy hot messes because on a certain level I'm broken myself, and like attracts like. In Neil Strauss's most recent book, "The Truth," he writes, "They say that when you meet someone and feel like it’s love at first sight, run in the other direction. All that’s happened is that your dysfunction has meshed with their dysfunction." What that m…

My immediate thought was that he was possibly on the autism spectrum. I know people who have Aspergers or are otherwise on the spectrum, and they just don't catch social clues very well.

They would call it NoPorn then, not NoFap, right? The two can be divorced. I think the two should be separated. My personal opinion is that there's nothing wrong with occasional masturbation, but that it's better to use your imagination or as little external stimulation as possible. I did turn up this link with the history of the sub-reddit, when I was trying to determine if they were against all masturbation, or just masturbating to porn. It seems that originally they were against all masturbat…

Yeah, I made the mistake of telling my wife about my interest in the NoFap concept. Big mistake, lesson learned. That was before my Red Pill awakening.

Terse text messages are okay for spinning plates, but not necessarily the best idea when married. I don't know enough about your situation, but there is a difference between a shit test and a comfort test, especially in a LTR. Also, there are other ways of dealing with shit tests, like Agree & Amplify. You don't always have to use STFU.

Calisthenics and body weight exercises are not new, but I liked the way they were presented in Convict Conditioning. In particular, I like how he gives options for beginners. I remember wanting to get fit when I was a teen, but what could I do if I couldn't do a single push-up? I know now, but I didn't know then. Here's a link to the site. You can also find it online in other places. http://convict-conditioning.com/

I suspect that this could just be ASD, in which case escalating too much might scare the kitty. On the other hand, you don't want to be her beta BFF where she comes over in sweats and no makeup, so you can watch chick shows together and talk about her boyfriends. I assume it's NOT some chick show. 🙂 I would probably say something like, "I hope we actually watch the show, because the last girl that came over kept wanting to call her girlfriend over for a threesome." It's absurd enough to not be t…

How old are you? A response appropriate for a 27-year-old woman might not be appropriate for a 17-year-old girl. There's a ton of information on shit tests in the side bar. If it were me, I would give a cocky smart-ass answer and avoid the question.

In my opinion, thanking people is still appropriate, when they have done something to warrant my thanks. You can be alpha but gracious. I am reminded of Neil Strauss's book, "The Game," where he writes about meeting Tom Cruise the first time, and afterwards asking himself in situations, "What would Tom Cruise do?" According to Strauss, Tom Cruise was effortlessly Alpha, yet still friendly and gracious. However, apologies should be very few and far between, and reserved for situations where they …

You're fortunate to be figuring things out now, at 17, instead of learning the hard way at 47, but you need a better attitude. I wish I would have had access to Red Pill theory back then. I was a bullied nerd as a teenager, and growing out of that has been a process taking many years of trial and error. I don't know if you realize just how fortunate you are. Body weight exercise is my favorite. Look up the book "Convict Conditioning" by Paul Wade, and stay focused. I have nothing against lifting…

My experience with online dating has never been that great. I have always had better luck in person. I have been married for the past ten years, so my experience is a bit out-of-date. I have never tried Tinder or any of the similar apps. I was still a blue pill AFC back then, and I was posting on OKCupid, eHarmony, and Match.com. If I were single now, I would avoid those sites. In hindsight, the mere fact that I had a profile on Match.com implied that I was a beta without options, which at the t…

Good point. He could use her to practice controlling the frame, passing shit tests, etc.

Heh, how well do you know the dog sitter? The dog sitter could be using your house for hooking up while you're out-of-town. I know that happens.

If she's just a girlfriend of six months, I'm pretty sure the correct response is, "...NEXT."

I put both toilet seats down to keep the dog from drinking out of it. Also, I have a cabinet above the toilet, and I hate it when stuff falls into the toilet when I'm looking for something.

I don't have the answer, but just offering a theory. There are a lot of people in the NoFap community who feel that abstaining from porn leads to increased testosterone. I neither agree nor disagree with that theory, because I don't have sufficient data to make a decision. Also, the OP says that he's approached by hotter girls, but he doesn't say that the hottest babes in the club are swarming him the second he walks in. Supposedly human pheromones can be detected from 10-15 feet away, but once …

I've heard theories that abstaining from masturbation can raise testosterone, although I've never seen any clinical data confirming or disputing this. If it's true, it could be that your testosterone is higher, and you're giving off more pheromones.
