We used to Miranda immediately upon arresting, and by immediate I mean once the situation was under control and nothing was still active, usually person is cuffed in car and awaiting transport. People spew words like shit into a toilet and sometimes we ask questions to fill out paper work and extra information is given, it would be shitty to have that stuff thrown out.

Um yeah, no. Th first flushing toilets had no lid but a rolled upper edge that fucking sucked to sit on. Next came wider seat lips that of course had to raise to enable toilet to continue to be a urinal. Then came lids. Split seats are because removing the highest stress point the seat last like 10 times longer, and not for pee drips as some people think.
