There was an old fart at my base, civilian, retired, disabled. had a pension, Retirment account, SS/ SSDI, VA disability benefits, AND was rehired as a civilian by the DOD after his retirement. the argument is the wife gave up the best years of their life in their prime when they could have been going to school and securing a career and learning job skills but instead was the wife and missed out on the opportunities to build up that kind of life. If they go out now and get a dead end service job they will always be stuck there and will forever miss out on education, training, potential careers, investments, and retirements.

I know right. At court today they read us the police's report, they said she said he hurt her & bushed her over and hurt hand cutting it on the bed frame. she said it was only verbal and she explained to them that was an old burn she got at work. Yesterday my roommates 'friend' got into an argument with him. He called the police, she is 2x his size, he got attacked, he is now sitting in jail waiting DV charges, she told the police to take her away because she did it. They refused, because you know, only females are victims. They decided they are a couple, and that he was at fault. Until the cops and system gets sorted out this BS will continue.

it's not censored, its concidered 'mature' along with anything else that involves adult topics, swearing, anger, emotion, maturity, politics, the random blocks are kind of anoying actually. I'm a fellow vet, who was homeless my first year of college. Talk to the VA Hospital and get yourself on the housing list asap, the waiting list is long, you want to get on the list as soon as you can.
