USA: Eligible US men will be automatically registered for military draft pool beginning in DecemberI remember getting two things in the mail on my 18th birthday, a selective service postage paid return registration form, and a gilette razor sampler razor handle to try to get me on the treadmill of disposable razorblade head cartridges. | /r/MensRights | 11/04/26 09:48 AM
This hits me so hard as a manThere was an old fart at my base, civilian, retired, disabled. had a pension, Retirment account, SS/ SSDI, VA disability benefits, AND was rehired as a civilian by the DOD after his retirement. He had 3 ex wives, they got all his checks and he lived in complete poverty, his take home was way less than even the E-3's. Anytime he had issues, he got jackshit from the goverment in form of assistance, while the ex spouses lived the easy life getting lots of govt assistance supplemented with his allim… | /r/MensRights | 08/04/26 11:56 PM
Ex-Wife will end up getting 100% of the marital property if they both live 20 more years.you aren't supposed to pay, you are supposed to be indebted and controlled by the courts forever. | /r/MensRights | 21/02/25 01:56 AM
Ex-Wife will end up getting 100% of the marital property if they both live 20 more years.the argument is the wife gave up the best years of their life in their prime when they could have been going to school and securing a career and learning job skills but instead was the wife and missed out on the opportunities to build up that kind of life. If they go out now and get a dead end service job they will always be stuck there and will forever miss out on education, training, potential careers, investments, and retirements. | /r/MensRights | 21/02/25 01:54 AM
Ex-Wife will end up getting 100% of the marital property if they both live 20 more years. It's not even 'legal law', we have no 'common law' marriages here, but for long term cohabitation they still have what the courts call "equitable distribution" also civilly any property in a residence becomes the group property of everyone in a residence the moment it enters the location, cohabitation not needed. If you visit someone, they can steal stuff out of your bags, and you can steal stuff out of their house and it's all legal unless everything is registered in writing to specific people,… | /r/MensRights | 21/02/25 01:51 AM
Husband protects wife and saves her life, wounds are so massive that he turns into a vegetable, wife dumps himMe and my ex did something similar, since I was military and figured I would get dear johned at some point we replaced 'until death do us part' with 'as long as it is convenient for the both of us'. When she did 'find another man' since I was 'always away' which she knew would be the case going into it we blew the judges mind by having no lawyers, and being the only amicable divorce disillusion he had ever done( technically it wasn't a divorce because we had no lawyers and did not disagree on sp… | /r/MensRights | 20/04/18 12:59 AM

The Number of Male Domestic Abuse Victims Is Shockingly High — So Why Don't We Hear About Them?I know right. At court today they read us the police's report, they said she said he hurt her & bushed her over and hurt hand cutting it on the bed frame. she said it was only verbal and she explained to them that was an old burn she got at work. (its almost healed but she keeps picking at it.) We got him out with a promise to appear when she talked to the judge though but they are still pressing charges so we are going to try to lawyer up. it's insane all the words they made up and put in her m… | /r/MensRights | 27/10/15 09:18 PM
The Number of Male Domestic Abuse Victims Is Shockingly High — So Why Don't We Hear About Them?Yesterday my roommates 'friend' got into an argument with him. He called the police, she is 2x his size, he got attacked, he is now sitting in jail waiting DV charges, she told the police to take her away because she did it. They refused, because you know, only females are victims. They decided they are a couple, and that he was at fault. Until the cops and system gets sorted out this BS will continue. | /r/MensRights | 27/10/15 03:23 AM
Teen Boy Will Be Charged As Adult For Having Naked Pics of a Minor: Himselfhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uqH_Y1TupoQ basically the court won't allow it, and can probably declare a miss trial because it's been proven that telling juries about nullification causes them to ignore evidence and let likable people go, and people who 'look' bad to jail even if innocent. | /r/MensRights | 03/09/15 10:44 PM
Teen Boy Will Be Charged As Adult For Having Naked Pics of a Minor: HimselfIt is to bad that knowledge of what jury nullification IS, or explaining it to anyone else will get you kicked off the jury. | /r/MensRights | 03/09/15 07:50 AM

When such relevant factors are considered, the gap narrows to the point of vanishing" [x-post from /r/undelete]Digg? I haven't been their in years! checks it out Dear lord! they have destroyed it even more. I don't think I'll ever come back. Interestingly I found a 3 year old blog post where they talk about the redesign and some things they are working on. Its doesn't look like they have made any progress. | /r/MensRights | 19/04/15 04:43 PM |

T-mobile censors all MRA websites.it's not censored, its concidered 'mature' along with anything else that involves adult topics, swearing, anger, emotion, maturity, politics, the random blocks are kind of anoying actually. I think it's just an excuse to get you to call them up and 'register' your 'identity' with them, for the 'public good' (read nsa) | /r/MensRights | 03/10/13 11:31 AM
So, I'm a vet who is about to find out whether or not he failed this semester, which means I have to pay back the GI Bill. This will effectively make me broke and homeless. It's nice to know the local shelter is for women and kids only...I'm a fellow vet, who was homeless my first year of college. Talk to the VA Hospital and get yourself on the housing list asap, the waiting list is long, you want to get on the list as soon as you can. I was failing a class myself and withdrew, so I had to pay it back. You can only drop/withdraw ONCE ever. Its better to take the failing grade and continue on, also (and yes i know this is hard because they never answer the phones) keep the VA informed of whats going on. They can grant waivers, an… | /r/MensRights | 15/12/12 01:38 AM
