Sometimes, these profiles are amusing. Other times I just hope a giant comet wipes this filth ridden planet right out of existence. Nothing personal, you entitled, disgusting planet.

That’s a great one! The crazies don’t let go. I had one like that, maybe 10 years ago as well. One time cutest girl from grade school, found me on Facebook and we ended up meeting for a catch up dinner. She was still pretty hot, but holy shit. Crazy Eyes. Learned a lot during that dinner. Most importantly, was separating from her rich husband, they had 4 kids under 10, her custody of course. She also found religion. By the end of this catch up dinner she had invited me over for Thanksgiving to m…

Are you kidding? Completely normal! 90% of my sick days are mental health days. I’m rarely physically ill. I’ve earned paid time off and I take it. Bang out of work, go explore nearby towns. Come back recharged and feeling creative. Enjoy your life my brother.

Gut wrenching story, what a horrible way to go. Stupid decision to ration medicine for a wedding though. I know life is unfair but but you gotta play the hand you’re dealt and put your health first.

Nothing wrong with being skinny, but for your own sake get in shape. Be skinny strong. Crunches, Pushups, dips etc. Try to eat high quality calories. Some may tell you to eat more, bulk up etc. but that’s not everyone’s end goal. Just do you, do lean and mean.

Good start, refined it a bit for my way: Go to community college for a STEM degree. Network, find internship opportunities. Work hard, make a good impression. Turn internship into job, or resume material for job. Save money Spend money on hobbies but try to limit material possessions and live beneath your means. Happiness Don’t forget to take care of your health, physical and mental. Self-coach, limit negativity. Have fun but in moderation!

Good post, I’m of similar age and also had a hands-off but hardworking dad. I know I modeled my behavior off of him and my grandfather. I feel the lack of a strong male father figure is a huge disadvantage. I have an acquaintance who grew up without a dad and he’s rudderless, working a high school level job for 20+ years, dependent on women for validation, unhappy. He’s waiting for something, I couldn’t figure out what for a long time. But he’s waiting for someone to tell him what to do with his…

I’ve never heard of a woman turning down or questioning a prescription. Ask me how I know what medications my female work acquaintenances are taking - they love taking about it quite openly.

Good story, thanks for sharing. I think social media has destroyed women in a generation. They always had the potential to be corrupted, it hasn’t changed them. It’s just a powerful drug that they can’t resist. Women now get more validation and attention in a day than they could ever have achieved in the 1990s and earlier. I feel terrible for anyone 30 and under, especially. What a world to inherit. Unaffordable housing, automation, and narcissistic, disloyal adult children in makeup.

Raw emotions. Your instincts are good. The experience will hurt but it will toughen you up and you will rebound faster.

Being trapped in a parasitic relationship for years and somehow escaping without repercussions. I feel lucky, I’ve been given another chance. This is the path I chose and I couldn’t be more relieved.

Education is not really valued in this country, the whole system is rotten at all levels. Full time teachers are becoming a thing of the past. Qualifications are optional. Positions are mostly part time, underpaid and non-benefitted. This attracts a shit pool of shit candidates which gives jobs to underqualified disasters like the two you mentioned. You can teach college courses now at some colleges without even having a bachelors degree yourself. For the past 20 years there have been a drastic …

Men have a higher sex drive so will settle. Women can afford to wait for better options. It’s a women’s market.

My life is amazing right now. I go where I want, do what I want when I want. No discussion, arguments or judgment. My utility bills are more than halved since I’ve been on my own. More money in general, which mostly gets saved giving me financial peace of mind. So much free time! I indulge my hobbies and developed new ones. Cooking healthy and daily exercise - I feel and look better than I have in more than 10 years. I have a 4 bdrm house all to myself - it’s my castle! I’m not lonely st all - I…

45, no alcohol here. I don’t want any crutches of any kind. Don’t miss it, don’t miss spending money on it, running out to buy booze, feeling OK for a couple hours then digusting the rest of the day. It ages you as well. Take care of yourself, brother.
