Both. 3 years in minimum security and probation. Can't recall how long.

I think he had to do 3 in a minimum security. Have not heard since he went up. Been a long time now.

Guess I will have to look at my post again. He was in for a very long time and then the Governor let a bunch of long time prisoners out on pardon thing. Last I heard he was out.

I don't think I'm blood thirsty or without morals but, I think if a known killer had threatened me and my family...

I'm not a parent. But, I think when you have kids you change your thoughts. Maybe they were looking at guy that was almost the same age as their daughter, heard all the good comments on him and thought they would give him another chance. Guess the ones that really bother me was when I was 16 a guy in my little town stabbed two guys to death. He got sent to New Mexico State prison where he took part and help lead the bloodiest prison riot in American history. They know he killed people in that bu…

Nope, killed two, injured 3rd.

No, he did kill two and badly injured the third. He actually got off easy, he got a couple of years. Bosses, coworkers, even his high school principle testified in his behalf. But, one of the girl's parents asked the judge to be easy on him. Judge told him that was all that saved him from at least ten years.

Yeah there are some pretty mean women out there. Sex crimes is a bit of a surprise but, some experts have been saying for years that women were being overlooked.

I take it you are male ? We did have an AMA on Reddit by excon and few sub and they were all male. Be interesting to see how women's prison differ.

Coworker was DUI and hit a car and he said at the scene he was so out of it and cop was yelling at him "You killed three people" They took him to the E.R. to get patched up and he sort of sobered up and he asked a cop that was watching him "Did I really kill three people?" and the Cop said "no, no you didn't. It was just two." He said he sobered up a secone time in a nano second.

Naw, she has cheated twice. She got a back door man or men and was on the phone with one before she hit the car.

It won't take much of a screw up for her to get sent back to prison.

Even after they pass Truth in Sentencing Laws. I can't recall how many people I've seen get out of prison for murder after less than five years. One a Mother and her boyfriend killed her three kids, she got 3 years and he got life. I've seen people get longer sentences for pot possession.

I don't want to be disrespectful to the police and she deserved what she got. I just recall one video out of England where two bobbies were standing with their backs to a canal and they were booth looking in the same direction. Some guy shot out of the crows from out of their line of site and shoved them into the canal. Last that was scene on the video was from a good distance but, I think other Bobbies had got him. I got to admit it was funny.

Damn, wish they would of had a poster on that bus load of nuns my friends and I jacked and gang raped. So much of this stuff would stop if we just had reminders. I like the pledge not to hurt or rape women or kids. I guess when a guy hits 18 you can beat and rape the hell out of him.

When did colleges get to be their own courts on felony criminal cases? That is total bull.

I felt sorry for the black guys but, they got good at looking out for her. Wasn't long before the only guys that would get close to her was new guys and soon as they started someone would drag him away and let him know.

I had not thought of that. I truly do feel sorry for real rape victims and the false accusations sure don't help them.

Near as anyone can tell this Jackie wasn't raped. This doesn't help anyone. If she was lying, wasting law enforcement resources, and getting people accused of crimes then she needs to be called out. I was in the Air Force and can recall two similar things. 1. A lady enlisted and when she got to boot camp she filed rape charges against her recruiter. An investigation was started. She finished boot camp and filed a rape charge against a training instructor, an investigation was started and she was…

Well, people in groups are one thing and in private another. But, I guess I see their point if I was a parent. It would be in the back of your head. I lived on an Air Force base with swimming pool. Some kids said a man was helping them out of the pool and grabbed them by the crotch and stuck his fingers inside their suits. A high school kid was in the water with a diving mask and underwater but close to the guy and he told the police that he saw the man do it. Turned out he was a First Sergeant.…

I was single for a very long time. I was very reluctant to get involved with kid's groups because I was afraid of being accused of molesting one them. A friend tried to get me to join Big Brothers but, I wouldn't because of that fear. That month a woman was charged with filing a false report and lawsuit against Big Brothers saying one of them had raped her son. Trouble with being accused of molesting a child is it is very difficult for people not to believe you didn't.

A lot of people will be there for the first time and worrying about making an impression. It also is a time of change for them as well. Try to be yourself more than anything. Join some social/service groups. Get out and about. Don't push a relationship, let one develop.

I think especially for people with families, bills, and stress doing it day in and day out. Lot of it never changing and the insecurity of it all. When I was in the Air Force I met guys that just hated the Air Force but, they had families, limited skills and didn't want to risk what they had. Especially in way of health benefits for their families so they stayed doing jobs they hated, working for or with people they hated in places they hated.

Maybe it isn't them, maybe it is you? Perhaps you expect to be entertained instead of being entertaining yourself. That being said. I forget who said but, "any idiot can survive a crisis. It is the day to day things that wear you down." I think the daily grind does that to you.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
